Men's Ministry

This group supports special community needs such as the food shelf, Habitat for Humanity, safe homes for abused individuals, and the YMCA. The Men's Ministry began the Giving Centers project. They also support Zion Youth and the Lutheran Layman's League in their radio ministry around the world. Other activities include the Maple Syrup Project, the Passion Drama, Gemutlichkeit, dart ball teams, breakfast fundraisers, and the annual Christmas party.

When and Where

Zion's Men's Ministry meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm from September through May with a fish fry to end the Ministry year. Meetings begin with a potluck dinner, followed by devotions and a speaker. At times our own members are the speaker offering a story of life experience.

"My purpose as a part of Men's Ministry is to honor Jesus Christ through worship, prayer, service and obedience to His Word through the power of the Holy Spirit.  I am committed to practicing spiritual, moral, ethical, and sexual purity. My focus will be a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to uniting men to the Lord while supporting the mission of our church."
