Costs

These are the current estimated costs based on 30 youth going to the gathering. All costs include chaperone expenses.

  • Bus ($300)
  • Hotel ($350)
    • $44 per night
  • Food ($240)
    • $15 per meal, Lunch and Supper
    • Hope to have continental breakfast at the hotels
  • Entrance Fee ($275)
    • $100 due with form October 11, 2009 which is non-refundable
    • Final $175 is due May 1, 2010
  • Entertainment ($35)
    • Currently only the cost of white water rafting.
  • TOTAL ($1220)
